Tex-Mex Black Bean Salad is a vegetarian dish that tastes great and is a pretty salad to serve for lunch or as a light dinner.

Instructions

  1. Wash and let salad greens dry.
  2. Mix together the beans, olives, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. Toss.
  3. In a small bowl or cup, mix lime juice and seasoning powder.
  4. Pour lime juice mixture over bean mixture. Toss.
  5. Serve black bean taco mix over salad greens.
  6. Add cheese on top if you like.
