I like to keep this cookie dough in the freezer and bake it one pan at a time since my son prefers his cookies hot from the oven. This recipe makes a large quantity of dough and it is a real hit with the teenage boys who congregate in my kitchen when they smell the aroma of baking cookies.
- Combine all ingredients (please note that there is no flour in this recipe).
- For huge (monster) cookies, use an ice cream scoop to form balls of dough, then gently flatten on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
