I like to keep this cookie dough in the freezer and bake it one pan at a time since my son prefers his cookies hot from the oven. This recipe makes a large quantity of dough and it is a real hit with the teenage boys who congregate in my kitchen when they smell the aroma of baking cookies.



  1. Combine all ingredients (please note that there is no flour in this recipe).
  2. For huge (monster) cookies, use an ice cream scoop to form balls of dough, then gently flatten on cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
The dough can be frozen for up to a month with no real loss in quality.
