Utterly delicious. Look for Paul Prudhomme’s seasonings in the spice aisle of your supermarket. I make sure that I’m stocked up on his entire line.
Ingredients
- Veal chop - 1 for each adult
- Paul Prudhomme's Pork & Veal Seasoning
- Olive oil
- Rosemary - fresh, chopped
Instructions
- Place veal chops on broiler pan (or in casserole dish if preparing to grill outdoors). Brush with olive oil and then sprinkle Veal Seasoning and fresh rosemary over top and bottom, generously.
- Broil for about five minutes each side. I prefer medium rare. Broil a bit longer for well done.
