Sometimes you want the flavor of an apple pie, but quick and without so many calories. This does the trick nicely, in under a minute.
Ingredients
- yogurt - 6 oz - plain or vanilla - 1 package
- apple juice - 8 oz
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- sugar - 1 tsp (or sweetener of your choice)
- graham cracker - 1
Instructions
Put all ingredients into blender - run on low for 30 seconds. Enjoy!
